Showcasing Services
Our Showcasing or Redesign Service is ideal for the occupied property or situations where the homeowner will be utilizing their furnishings to stage the property.
Showcasing is a three step process:
1. Consultation - A member of our team will consult with you and prepare a list of recommendations to enhance
the condition of your property.
2. Owner's Homework - The list of recommendations such as landscaping, painting, and de-cluttering is completed.
We can manage this aspect of the project - ask for a quote.
3. Showcasing - After the recommendations are complete our team of stagers return to redesign the property focusing on
strategic furniture placement, hanging artwork, and accessorizing to appeal to the target buyer.
Furniture and accessories are available for rent on a monthly basis if needed.

For the DIY Homeowner. This is ideal for homeowners who have the time, energy, and resources to stage the home themselves. To request a consultation scroll

Construction/Project Management
For home builders and renovators who need consultation or project management services. We design custom home packages including selecting interior paint
colors, flooring, tile, cabinets, counter tops, plumbing fixtures, lighting packages, and exterior selections such as brick, stone and paint colors along with staging
that will appeal to a broad range of buyers and fit your budget. Contact us for your custom quote.
Marketing Package
One service that sets us apart from other local staging companies is our marketing package. We believe it doesn't matter how good the place looks if no one sees
it. We partner with your Realtor to expose it to potential buyers and drive traffic to your property.
Includes:
Our marketing package comes standard on our vacant home staging packages. For redesign or consultation projects any or all of the items above can be included
for a nominal fee.
- Standard Staging – Includes staging key rooms: kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, entry, master, and living room. We use furniture, accessories, lighting,
artwork, greenery, and area rugs to create a warm, inviting home. This helps buyers define each room and envision their furniture in the space. Prices start
at $750 plus monthly rental fee.
- Model Home Staging - This gives the home the look and feel of a model home. Every room is staged and is more complete than our standard staging
package. This package includes furniture, area rugs, window treatments, artwork, greenery, and accessories that fit the style and price range of the
property. Model Home staging displays a lifestyle to buyers so they can develop a strong emotional attachment to the home. Prices start at $1,000 plus
monthly rental fee.

- Walk-Thru Consultation We provide a verbal walk-thru consultation with the agent and homeowner providing ideas and guidelines to follow so the
homeowner can stage the home themselves. Prices start at $150.
- Written Consultation This includes a walk-thru consultation and a detailed report (including photographs) outlining the property’s positive and negative
aspects and a list of recommendations. After the homeowner completes our suggestions we come back and fine-tune the property (up to one hour). Prices

- Listing on Website - Photo, link to lifestyle tour, basic property information and your Realtor's contact information will be posted on our website.
